I already have an Architect & Builder, do I still need an Interior Designer?

Choosing an Interior Designer is an important decision! We encourage you to consider us for our experience and credentials as an NCIDQ® Licensed Interior Designer who’s registered with the State of Utah. It’s worth noting that obtaining the NCIDQ® license involves demanding criteria that sets us apart from many other ‘designers’.

What is your design aesthetic?

Great question! Our personal tastes don’t influence the design solutions we provide. Instead, we rely on the ‘principles of design’ to steer each project, ensuring the interior harmonizes with the architecture & exceeds your expectations.

What’s the typical process for a large project?

First, we communicate closely with you to understand your vision. We then analyze the space and its unique characteristics, laying the groundwork for our design. Next, we craft mood boards to help encapsulate the essence of your project. With estimated timelines & budgets, we ensure transparency and alignment throughout the process, keeping your project on track. Delving deeper, we then revise space plans, develop millwork, and select finishes that elevate your space to its fullest potential. Our expertise shines in coordinating construction documents and streamlining communication between all parties involved. As we move towards implementation, our purchasing & expediting services guarantee, timely acquisition of materials, while our installation and vendor coordination ensure seamless execution.

How do you bill for design work and how much will my project cost?

No one likes to be billed hourly, so we bill one Design Fee per project. We leverage our expertise to discern the precise scope of work and effort needed to bring your vision to life! We prioritize your budget & time, committing to delivering exceptional results without any hidden costs or surprises along the way.

Why is there a Design Fee?

Our Design Fee will be listed within your Design Agreement. It covers the work required to produce all of the project-related drawings, site visits, presentations, item selections and specifications. We typically recommend products that are only sold “To The Trade”, therefore we handle all of the Purchasing on your behalf. You will only be Invoiced for the items that you approve.

Do you offer local item pick up?

We only offer white glove delivery service. All of your project-related items are delivered to a secure warehouse in Salt Lake City where they await delivery to your newly designed space!

What if I want to return something?

Please refer to your Design Agreement which explains our Return & Warranty Policy.

Do you work on projects out of state?

Yes, please reach out so that e can discuss how to best assist you.

Communication Expectations?

You may reach us M-F from 9 am-6 pm by either phone or email. Please allow up to 24 hours for a response time, and keep in mind that any time we spend outside of your Presentations or Site Visits addressing your concerns is considered a billable expense.
